We source our 100% A2 Cream exclusively from pasture raised heritage-breed cows that are known to produce some of the highest butterfat milks of any breed — which in turn means the highest level of natural beneficial nutrients for you in our beautifully golden cream. We also choose to low-heat VAT pasteurize our milk to preserve the delicious flavor of our Heavy Cream & keep it as nutrient-rich as possible.
