
Our Chocolate Milk naturally contains 300% more omega-3s, 33% more vitamin D, 25% more vitamin A, 30% more vitamin K, 15% more calcium and 12% more protein than conventional milk (before they synthetically fortify)
We purposely skip any processing of the natural milk fat levels that our Guernseys produce so our Milk will range from 4.5-5.5% milk fat. We then choose to low-heat VAT pasteurize our milk to preserve the delicious flavor of our Full Fat Milk and keep it as nutrient rich as possible. We also never homogenize our milk – less processed = superior chocolate milk!
