Our seasonal full fat milk naturally contains:

  • 300% more omega-3s
  • 33% more vitamin D
  • 25% more vitamin A
  • 30% more vitamin K
  • 15% more calcium
  • 12% more protein
    • (*than conventional milk before they synthetically fortify)

We purposely skip any processing of the natural milk fat levels that our Guernseys produce so our Milk will range from 4.5-5.5% milk fat. We then choose to low-heat VAT pasteurize our milk to preserve the delicious flavor of our Full Fat Milk and keep it as nutrient rich as possible. We also never homogenize our milk so you will have a beautiful cream top, as full fat milk should have!
